Island Prostate Centre offers critical support to men and their families who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer or who are concerned about their prostate health.
BUT we also do so much more!
Island Prostate Centre facilitates specialized supportive care programs that help at the time of diagnosis, treatment and recovery. These programs include access to our Nurse Support Program, our twice a week Cancer Recovery Exercise Program and Walking Groups, our monthly “Hot Topics” nutrition programs and monthly Prostate Cancer Support Group. We also organize our yearly Country Grocer Men’s Health Day whereby we provide free PSA testing to our community.
