My Story…
I have been very fortunate this summer to have had time off from work and been able to spend precious time with my family. This time will be one I will always cherish and it has also allowed me to focus on my health. Over the summer months I have started exercising regularly and most importantly got focused on what I eat and when. So far I have lost 40lbs and I don’t want to stop getting healthier and stronger. So to that end I have set my next challenge to run a 5k race. While I will benefit directly from this effort I want to share the benefits with other so please sponsor me. Thank you, Simon!
