Our story…
On June 10th, Casey Jackson and I, along with some great friends will be participating in a 5K in support of mental health awareness. An upsetting 1 out of 4 people suffer from mental illness due to everything from societal pressures to the effects of social media. Anxiety and depression are illnesses that are becoming more and more prevalent in our society today and needs to be brought to attention. Come out and run with us or help us raise some money for this cause!
