Help Juan raise money

For participating in PUSH PULL for Pancreatic Cancer

My Story…

On May 4, 2013 my Grandfather Richard Grant Higgins died at his home in Londonderry, NH. After a more than 3 year battle with Pancreatic Cancer he could fight no longer. A man who was a Vietnam Combat Veteran, a graduate of West Point, an Airborne Ranger, and recipient of the Bronze Star; He maintained a healthy life style through out his life, and exercised religiously. None of this could prepare him for the battle of fighting a disease that has no known cause or cure. My grandfather is just one of many loved ones lost to this terrible disease. November is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month. According to the American Cancer Society, for pancreatic cancer, the one-year relative survival rate is 20%, and the five-year rate is 7%. There is no early detection, symptoms are vague even non-existent. In honor of him and everyone who has been touched by this horrible disease we come together to raise funds in the name of those we have loved and lost.

Donate to help Juan raise money for PUSH PULL for Pancreatic Cancer’s fundraising campaign.
