Why I'm riding and raising money for Parkinson's...
Welcome to my annual fundraising activity, which for the fourth year running I'm thrilled to continue to ride in support of Parkinson's Disease and the great work that the Davis Phinney Foundation and ParkinGo Wellness Society do to search for a cure and help those affected 'live well today'. This is a truly exceptional event; 200k of mostly gravel roads to make your legs burn, multiple pastries, likely terrible weather rounded off with a few cold ones! Perfect day out.

The Growling Beaver Brevet made its debut in 2015 to celebrate cycling and to help people with Parkinson's to live well today. All fundraising proceeds will go to support the joint work of the Davis Phinney Foundation and Parkinson Wellness Project (formerly ParkinGo Wellness Society).
