Help Heather raise money

Hey guys, A while back after a couple glasses of wine, I signed up to run for this great cause. The Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund recently helped install a defibrillator at my local gym, ensuring that all those who are working out and making the effort to improve their health and well-being can do so safely and with peace of mind. Now that bottle of wine definitely didn’t warn me that I’d be down and out with a chest cold for a month or that the race would fall just after I got sent to the UK for a couple weeks for work so I’m having to work hard to make a fitness comeback so that I can still participate in this great cause. Any donation that you can make will help to ensure that public and private spaces are able to provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
