My Story…
At the end of April last year, dad entered the Chatham-Kent hospice. It was the final journey we took with him. The staff at the hospice supported us with love and kindness, making sure to help us make the most of every moment we had left with dad. 100% of the funds raised during the walk goes to support the families in hospice.
