My story..... my life, as many others, has been affected by mental health challenges. I have personal experiences, i have loved ones, and helped so many that live each and every day with the challenges brought on by their mental health difficulties. They are all my heroes! It is not easy, and when the world is full of judgement it just makes it so much harder on us all. This year, I am dedicating this page to those who fight hard against the stigma of mental illnesses! And of course to my brother Erik, my profile picture is when I graduated from Buffalo State College and we celebrated afterwards with dinner and good company..... he was my best friend and biggest cheerleader.... and I miss him everyday!
