My Story…
For those of you who don't know, I work at Active Industrial Solutions. Our company has brought together a couple teams to participate in what is called the "Corporate Challenge" - where donations are given to the "Fight Like Mason Foundation". If you are not familiar with the local foundation already, it was formed by the parents of Mason Bacon-Macri who was diagnosed with cancer (Rhabdomyosarcoma) at 2 and did not win his battle. The proceeds go towards not only research, but towards tools to help purchase kid-friendly medical equipment (like a princess bed for a little girl, or custom IV poles as you may have already seen on our local news).
