Hello Friends and Family:
I am training to cycle in the annual Ronald McDonald House Charity ride on Sunday, October 14 in Lake Nona. My goal is to cycle 30 Miles ... cheer me on, pray for me, or better yet, join me! Also, consider supporting me financially and pledging any amount to a great organization that helps families with children (medical needs).
