Help Paul raise money

I will be participating in this event – and I’m pretty sure it’s going to be tougher than I think it will be! Lots of training events scheduled… In any case, this charity is a great cause. The gym I regularly attend (innovative Fitness) sponsors them on a regular basis – and it’s clear the money is going to a great cause, and being used wisely. If you believe sport is a great way for kids to learn valuable lessons growing up, meeting new friends, and encouraging fitness, as I do, then contribute even $10. Anything is appreciated. Our team leader is Matt Dinsdale, who happens to be a pro lacrosse player – so if nothing else, you’ll know he will be kicking my … for the next 2 months getting ready. Kidsport helps young, local athletes participate in sport and athletics. Without their help these kids may not get that opportunity.
