My Story…
Mental Illness is not a choice. But stigma and ignorance are. I am walking to end the stigma surrounding mental health conditions and prevents people from seeking help when they need it. I am walking to support the FREE programs and services offered to families and the community by the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Rockland County, Inc. (NAMI Rockland). Join my team and walk on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Rockland Lake State Park, Valley Cottage NY.
