JUST ONE WEEK BEFORE THE SWIM!!! Hi Friends and Family! I'm participating in this swim and would truly appreciate your support. This year I'm registered for the 1.5km with a personal goal of doing the 4km next summer. I'm swimming because I want the Ottawa River to remain a drinkable, fishable and swimmable place for all of us. Please join the swim and/or consider a contribution to a great cause. I promise to dog-paddle less than 5% of the time!
