Description
On August 18, I'll be taking to the trails at Harold Town Conservation Area as part of the Dirty Enduro, a fundraiser for the Canadian Mental Health Association, Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge.
This year, the Dirty Enduro is supporting the CMHA HKPR's Kids on the Block program, a children's education program focusing on children's wellness and in particular mental health. The program is delivered through the use of life-size puppets in schools, libraries and community centres addressing topics such as bullying, building resilience and the importance of physical activity.
I'm riding in the Dirty Enduro because I believe in the importance of family time and instilling in our children an awareness of the importance of regular physical activity while promoting positive mental health.
I’m proud to participate in Dirty Enduro 2018 and sincerely thank you for your donation and support of this cause.
Thank you!
