My Story…
I can’t wait to hit the pavement at the Sunnyside Post Mile Run! I’m excited to be raising money for Sunnyside Community Services, which is an organization that supports people right here in Sunnyside and other adjacent neighborhoods. I am running to support Sunnyside Community Services because their programs help people of all ages, and all walks of life. I know firsthand how important it is for our community to have programs that help kids succeed in their education, young adults find meaningful work, and older adults stay social and active.
Description
I am proud to be raising funds to support Sunnyside Community Services---an organization that provides programming for people of all ages, including an onsite pre-K, afterschool programming, a center for older active adults, and home care services provided in a wide variety of languages. Thanks to participation and fundraising for the Sunnyside Post Mile Run, Sunnyside Community Services will continue to assist thousands of people each year through programs like these, and many more.
