I received a kidney transplant 15 years ago and it has changed my life! I have been able to do so many things I want to do and to even plan activities for the future! This was something that was not possible when I was in renal failure, weak and unhealthy. I'm excited to have a team and participate in the opportunity to raise awareness too organ donation and how it can change people's lives. Be the Gift 5K Run/Walk aims to raise funds for Sierra Donor Services Public Education department that brings awareness to the state and national Donate Life registries.
