Our family has seen first-hand the many opportunities for fun and play that are taken away from children receiving cancer treatment. Overnight their world goes from the fun and frolic of childhood to daily needles, infection protocols and dealing with side effects. If you're on this page, you probably walked the path with us, watching through pictures and stories as Sam fought his battle. Camp iHope provides an amazing experience for are facing or have faced cancer, as well as their siblings. It's a place where they can "just be kids," even if they're undergoing chemotherapy, or are at risk for bleeding or infection, because medical staff is ON-SITE. It's a place that they can spend a care-free summer week without anyone asking where their hair went.
