I am so proud to be a Paramedic and to serve the greater Ottawa community with the Ottawa Paramedic Service. Please join me and the 9RunRun in raising funds to help Ottawa First Responders Foundation support our colleagues in the Fire, Police and Paramedic Services receive the mental health support they deserve. And a little friendly camaraderie doesn't hurt.. help us win the 9RunRun Fundraising trophy again this year!
