My Story…
I'll be participating in Ottawas 9RUNRUN event, which is focused on bringing awareness to mental health issues that affect First Responders such as police, firefighters and paramedics.
First responders are twice as likely compared to the general public to develop PTSD.
The funds raised through 9RUNRUN will continue to support mental health resources and will benefit Ottawa First Responders.
