Our mission flows from a belief in the dignity of all people, empowering those facing barriers with meaningful work opportunities, eliciting their gifts and capacities for work, therefore, their ability to contribute to the common good.

Our mission flows from a belief in the dignity of all people, empowering those facing barriers with meaningful work opportunities, eliciting their gifts and capacities for work, therefore, their contribution to the common good. Each employee comes with a unique story and set of struggles, also an assortment of skills and gifts which fuel our enterprises and enrich our community. Beyond financial impact, it tremendously impacts self-esteem, stability, mental health, safer housing, better food, and support.
