I know through my sister-in-law, who has been a board member of Learning Buddies Network since 2008, the positive impact that the Learning Buddies Programs have on the academic success of elementary school students.
Your donation will make a difference to a few hundred students that this charity serves annually in our community. - George Jang
Description
Your donation allows the Learning Buddies Network to build self-esteem and inspire a love of learning by providing free one to one tutoring and mentoring programs in reading and math for academically and socially fragile children in the Lower Mainland. And through a team of youth volunteers Learning Buddies can serve children in 8 elementary schools who would not otherwise receive the academic support they need.
