Hello Everyone!
This will be my third year in a row on Team Volken for the Scotia Bank Run and what a beautiful journey it has been. Last Year running the Half Marathon with your support truly allowed me to raise awareness for the possibilities in combining health and recovery, to help break the stigma. This will be my final year at the academy so let's end it on a strong note.
