I'm making a come back from a running injury and helping to raise funds for the charity where I work, Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House. It's a great place where everyone is welcome, for classes, company, and connection!

Our neighbours, participants and volunteers collaborate with staff to develop community-led initiatives that help folks make the most of life in our Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, by building capacity for leadership from the ground up.
