Volunteer Activities

Packet Pick-Up: Join us prior to race day to help runners collect their race bib, event t-shirt and all their race day essentials at Packet Pick-Up on Thursday and Friday before the race.


3 available shifts:

Thursday, Sept 26: 3:00pm – 7:15pm

Friday, Sept 27: 10:00am – 3:30pm

Friday, Sept 27: 3:00pm – 7:15pm


Ask Me Assistant: A “greeter” of sorts, you’ll direct runners, answer questions and support the Packet Pick-Up team on Thursday and Friday before the race.

Aid Station: Our Aid Stations are reserved for larger volunteer groups.  You’ll have a blast cheering for the runners and handing out water and Gatorade on the course on race day.  If you’re part of a large volunteer group that would like to man an Aid Station, please contact: race@brewers.com.


Aid Station shifts begin at 6:00am and end anywhere between 9:00am and 11:00am, depending on the location.  


Course Marshal: You’ll be out on the race course to direct runners and work with course staff to everyone safe and informed on race day.  A great way to see the race and cheer on runners! **Each course marshal will receive TWO Brewers ticket vouchers!**


Saturday, Sept 28: 5:15am - 11:00am


Start and Finish Line Support: You’ll help runners find their corrals and answer questions before the race and then hand out water and snacks when runners return to the finish line.


Saturday, Sept 28: 5:30am - 11:00am


Medal Distribution: You’ll present each runner with a well-deserved finisher’s medal when they’ve completed their race!


Saturday, Sept 28: 6:00am - 11:00am


Post-Race Results: You’ll help runners obtain their official time in the Results tent.


Saturday, Sept 28: 7:00am - 11:30am


Back of the Pack: Are you more of a cheerleader than a runner? You’ll follow the last participants and cheer them on while keeping pace and notifying course staff when to open the roads.  You must be willing and able to run/walk 14+ miles.


Saturday, Sept 28: 6:30am - 11:00am 


Bike Team: You’ll ride in front of the lead runners to let course staff know they’re on their way and lead them to the finish line.No advance training required! Our volunteers will be given all the information they need when they check in with a race leader.  **Bike Team volunteers must provide their own bike**
