My Story…
On September 6th 2018 our mighty little s"Myles" entered the world 2 months early weighing a mere 3lbs 15oz and 17 inches long. This was just the beginning of a long journey through yet another stay in the NICU. This time was different for us as we now had a child at home ( Addy) and a child in the Neonatal intensive care unit. My heart was broken, shattered in fact, I never knew what the right decision was, should I stay bedside 24 hours a day with Myles and miss out on being with my daughter or do I split the time and spend hours a day driving to and from the hospital multiple times a day? but Myles was still suppose to still be inside me, how can I leave him? People there is no right answer but all I can say is THANK YOU Ronald McDonald House for letting us use your home as ours for our 37 night stay.
The RMH gave us a place to be together under one roof, a safe, clean, welcoming place to shower, grab a snack, a nap or just a quiet moment to just "breathe".
