Our story…
Teagan Elise Kowalski was born sleeping on November 1, 2018. She was 1 lb. 7 oz. and 14” long. We are participating in this walk to honor her as well as our 2 little ones that we never got the chance to hear their hearts beat. Our goal is $125 to have a sign with her name placed along the walk in her memory. Thank you for taking the time to visit the page 💕
