Help Heather raise money

Hi Everyone. I am once again participating in the annual Hike for Hospice in memory of my grandfather. As many of you know, the Chatham-Kent Hospice is very near and dear to my heart. I was able to experience first hand the compassionate end of life care that is provided through this organization and the positive impact it has on residents and their families. Now that I am a volunteer I continue to see the love and care that staff and volunteers provide and how beneficial it is to our community.
