Working in funeral service, I get to see the benefits of Hospice in the faces of the families I serve everyday. The Chatham-Kent Hospice has revolutionized palliative care in our community, and is available as a free service to everyone in Chatham-Kent. By supporting events like 'Hike for Hospice', you help maintain the quality and sustainability of the Hospice experience .
