My Story…
Pay it forward... this is my pledge to Chatham Kent Hospice. Our family is so grateful to all involved with this amazing establishment. Mom spent the last six weeks of her life here and as hard as it was to say good bye to this beautiful person, we couldn’t imagine doing it anywhere else. Chatham Kent Hospice, we are so thankful for your love, compassion and care.
