I am helping to raise money for the Mental Health Association in Delaware as I like many of us understand the need for additional mental health services in our community. MHA provides a number of services including: • Suicide Prevention programs targeting youth ages 10-24 via social media campaigns, dissemination of tool kits and free training for "Gatekeepers" at schools and community groups. • Support groups for those with depression, anxiety, survivors of suicide, and survivors of accidents & murders • Community outreach including education, depression screenings, workshops & conferences Please join our team for the fun walk on Oct. 12th, or donate to support this very worthwhile organization.
