It's Year #4 .... and the Tripleshot CrossFondo fun continues on Sunday October 20!!!! Join riders of all ages and abilities for Victoria's ONLY mass participation off-road cycling event! The course, appropriate for cyclocross or mountain bikes, winds through flowing pine-needle trails and hairpin turns, over hills, roots and rocks, and churns through mud, creeks and deep puddles. There may be a few hike-a-bike sections to keep it legit and many property owners are opening up access to their land for race day and they have their own surprises - remember the flyover? The sweep by the cabin? Oh the things that you'll see!
This event is a fund raiser for the Tripleshot Cycling Club Youth Team and a portion of the funds raised will support the development and maintenance of our region's amazing trail systems. So far you have helped us donate $6,900 to the South Vancouver Island Nature Trails Society and South Island Mountain Bike Society. Registration will be capped at 300 riders. We expect to sell out early, so register now!
You have two options: Doubleshot (short course) approx 20-25 km; Tripleshot (long course) approx 40-45 km. Yummy food, bevvies and draw prizes are included with your entry fee! (Update as of Oct. 12: the Doubleshot event has returned to it's original distance of 20-25km)
Got a lot of friends? Form a team of a minimum of 4, maximum of 6 riders! (Note: a cycling club does not qualify as a 'team'!). You MUST register all participants at the same time; simply fill out Rider #1 information and then click "add participant" for each subsequent rider. (this means you need all subsequent riders' date of birth, Cycling BC Licence # if they have one, address, phone #, emergency contact name and phone number when you register). You'll save 10% on your total entry fee and could possibly win a prize for best costume/theme, or some other weird category we dream up.
Start/finish is Vancouver Island Tech Park; start time 9 a.m.; Race Pack Pickup for riders who are registered opens at 7:30 a.m. (beat the lineup and pick up your race pack on Saturday, Oct 19 @ Russ Hay's the Bicycle Store, 650 Hillside from 1 - 4 pm!).
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be no registration on Race Day and if you don't have a CBC licence, you must purchase a one-day licence when you register. Ok! So what are you waiting for?!! See you October 20!

Fee Notes
1. Online registration will close at 11:59pm PST on Thursday, October 17, 2019
2. An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration into this event.
3. All funds payable in Canadian Dollars.

5. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Race Roster or Fast North Corp for your online registration into this event.
Important License Info
This event is sanctioned and supported by Cycling BC. All riders must be a 2019 Cycling BC Member. If you are not a member then you can do one of two things:
- Purchase a CBC licence; you can use it for races all year!
- Purchase an 'event day' license for $10, or $5 if you are 16 years of age or less.
If you have a CBC license, you need to present it on event day. If not, you will be required to pay the $10 day of race insurance to participate.
Team Entry
All riders MUST register at the same time. The team leader should have all personal information for each rider handy when registering, i.e. name, address, phone, DOB, BC Licence#, Emergency Contact name and phone. Simply enter Rider #1 and click 'add participant" at the bottom to add each rider.
Remember, minimum 4, maximum of 6.
