Actual photo of me training for this weekend's Pace for the Donkeys Annual 5K Trail Run, September 29, 2019 in Puslinch ON I am running/walking/crawling to support the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada's mission "to provide a lifelong home to donkeys, mules and hinnies who are unwanted, neglected or abused, or whose owners can no longer care for them; and to promote the responsible stewardship of all animals through humane education."
