My Story…
On July 28th I will be participating in my second 10K run, this time in the Beaches Jazz Run. Since I started running, I have found it to be very rewarding on many levels and am happy I can participate in this great city event.
I know many of you already donate to charities on your own but ask that if you can please help me raise money for the Micheal Garron Hospital, formerly Toronto East General. They are part of Toronto's hospital network and offer great care for our city. Greatly appreciate the support for the Hospital and as added motivation for me as I run on a hot summer morning. Hope everyone is having a great summer!
