Migraine is frequently misunderstood to be “just a headache.” In fact, migraine is a neurological disease that can be debilitating. More Americans suffer from migraine than from asthma and diabetes combined, yet migraine research is severely underfunded. Migraine is a major disease that receives about 1/20th of the research dollars that should be given to it based upon its impact. I have suffered from Migraine for as long as I can remember. When compared with other sufferers, I have it pretty easy, as they only occur every few months. Others are not as lucky as me and have to survive through weeks and/or months of pain and discomfort. Your support and donations will fund the research needed to find better treatment options for those who suffer. Please consider making a donation and/or joining us for the event.
