My Story…
Melanoma has been a part of my life and my family's life for several years now. I've been through tough surgery and treatment for stage 4 melanoma cancer and will have to deal with side effects for the rest of my life, but I am one of the lucky ones; I am currently NED..No Evidence of Disease. Many of my friends are no longer here who were fighting this beast with me. I ask my family and friends to please join me in this walk/run to help raise awareness about this often preventable cancer and help raise funds for research to try to stop it from killing so many. Research and my Johns Hopkins Team has saved my life so far and we need to keep going, one person at a time.
