San Dieguito River Park 15K/5K/1K & Tot Trot
Race will be held on trails that are mostly flat with some rolling hills. Courses are a mixture of trails, sidewalk, and hard pack dirt trails. Both events in partial view of Lake Hodges and the beautiful San Dieguito River Park area. The 15K and 5K races will be a professionally RFID chipped timed with live posted, displayed and fully indexed results, accurately measured courses, 5 aide stations for 15K, 2 aide stations for 5K, mile markers throughout the course, course will be marked, bike lead for the 15K, post-race refreshments, and ample parking available within walking distance of the start line. Participants should obey all City parking regulations. All fees associated with race registration are non-refundable and non-transferable to another participant and the sale or transfer of a bib will result in disqualification. Participation insurance is available for those who would like to purchase it. Farmers Market will open at 10:30 AM, tours of the Sikes Adobe Historic Farmhouse will be available, visit booths of local conservation and partner organizations, listen to music by the Prairie Sky Band 12:00-2:00, and check out our auction items. There will also be an opportunity drawing for a chance to will some very nice items every 30 minutes. More information can be found at www.sikesadobe.org.

Age Groups: Ages 1-12 * 13-17 * 18-24 * 25-29 * 30-39 * 40-49 * 50-59 * 60 Plus
Finisher medals will be given to all participants. Awards will be live native plant arrangements given to the top 3 overall winners in the 15K race and 5K race, as well as the top person in each age category for both races.
All participants will receive this custom local made event medal.

Starting at the Sikes Adobe Farmhouse head SW following trail, proceed under I-15 freeway and follow the North Shore Lake Hodges Trail section of the Coast to Crest Trail past the Pedestrian Bridge down to turn around. Make u-turn and head back to finish line alongside Sikes Adobe Farmhouse. The course is 50% trail and 50% and totally flat. Course is clearly marked, staffed, and extremely easy to navigate.

The 15K will have a bike lead starting at Sikes Adobe Farmhouse head SE on the Coast to Crest Trail toward Mule Hill and Raptor Ridge. U-turn at marked location to head back west toward Sikes Adobe and continue on the North Shore Trail section of the Coast to Crest Trail past the Pedestrian Bridge to the turn around and head back to finish line at Sikes Adobe Farmhouse. This course is 90% trail and 10% cement with light rolling hills, mostly flat. Course is clearly marked, staffed, and extremely easy to navigate.

Starting at Sikes Adobe Farmhouse head SE on the Coast to Crest Trail toward Mule Hill, at the turn around point head back to Sikes Adobe Farmhouse. This course is perfect for 5 to 7 year olds and anyone looking for a short distance. Course is clearly marked, staffed, and extremely easy to navigate.

The course is about 75 yards and is for toddlers starting to walk. The course will be at the Sikes Adobe peach orchard, near the Start/Finish Line.
