The Pasko family is walking for Edgar, the brightest light this world has seen in a long damn time. Edgar was diagnosed with medulloblastoma and fought as hard as he could. His fight, at that time, was unwinnable. At 16 months, he left us, and our dear friends lost their son and their light. This shouldn't be an impossible fight. So much of the fundraising done for pediatric cancer doesn't GET to the people who need it. It goes into that organization's operating costs, to the administrative expenses. It doesn't get to the researchers. So very little is spent on funding research for children and babies with cancer, the industry is nowhere near as advanced as it could be. Bear Necessities gives help and support to the families and money to the cause. It holds people up when they need it, and we've witnessed this firsthand. This is an organization we need and love to support. Help out if you can, and we'll all walk together.
