Our story…
Thanks to the generous support of people just like you, we've come so far from last years "future home of..." to a 10-bed residential hospice that is a few months from opening. But we're not there yet! Please consider sponsoring our team who is walking to raise awareness and funds for a facility that will touch the lives of several families across Perth County. We are proud to be walking again in the 2019 Perth County Hike for Hospice and hope you'll join us in supporting such a wonderful cause!
