The Cowtown Trailblazer Running Program
'Where the West is Run!'

The Cowtown Trailblazers is a new 21-week training program, starting July 13 and running through December 15, for those interested in group training for ANY winter half or full marathon. The program kicks off with a 5k time trial which will be used to calculate various training paces such as interval pace, tempo pace, and easy pace.

The Cowtown Trailblazers Program offers weekly group activities including a Tuesday Social Run, Wednesday Bootcamp, Thursday Speedwork, and Saturday Long Run with pace coaches. The Saturday Long Runs include water and Gatorade every 2 miles with snacks provided at the finish. Routes will change each Saturday.

A Massage therapist will be available after long runs for a separate fee.

Other bonuses include:

  •  Monthly seminars on topics such as nutrition, injury prevention, and running form
  • Trailblazer training shirt
  • Separate beginner and advanced schedules
  • Pace coaches for the 7 – 13 min. plus pace per mile
  • Discounted entry into any of The Cowtown Marathon distances
