The Cowtown Trailblazers is a new 21-week training program, starting July 13 and running through December 15, for those interested in group training for ANY winter half or full marathon. The program kicks off with a 5k time trial which will be used to calculate various training paces such as interval pace, tempo pace, and easy pace.
The Cowtown Trailblazers Program offers weekly group activities including a Tuesday Social Run, Wednesday Bootcamp, Thursday Speedwork, and Saturday Long Run with pace coaches. The Saturday Long Runs include water and Gatorade every 2 miles with snacks provided at the finish. Routes will change each Saturday.
A Massage therapist will be available after long runs for a separate fee.
