Cowtown Trailblazers Official Cowtown Program
Cowtown Trailblazers is an exciting new training program for those interested in group training for a half or a full marathon. The program kicks off with a 5k time trail at the CALF race on October 5th. This time is used to calculate various training paces used during the training period such as interval pace, tempo pace, and easy pace. The Trailblazers plan offers lots of group activities: Tuesday social run and yoga, Wednesday Bootcamp, Thursday Speedwork, and Saturday long runs with pace coaches. Perks include snacks after long runs, different routes each Saturday (specifically on the Cowtown race course), seminars on relevant topics, and a Trailblazer training shirt. Both a beginner and an advanced schedule is available.
