Assigned to 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C. Killed July 1, 2004 by enemy forces in Anbar province, Iraq


COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the Tim Creager 5k team was forced to shift out Fall 2020 race to Spring 2021. We look forward to sharing our finalized date in the coming weeks, but hope to see you all in March or April at the usual location. On race day, we will take every necessary precaution in order to ensure that safety remains our highest priority.

This event is in memory of Lance Corporal Timothy Creager, a Millington native who was killed in Iraq 16 years ago.

Tim was a young man with a great heart. He loved bull riding and was an Eagle Scout. He left the Citadel prior to graduation to answer the call to serve in Iraq.


REGISTRATION PRICES:

$20 for children 12 and under.

$25 entry fee on or before November 15.

$30 after November 15.

$30 Race Day Registration


DISCOUNTS:

$1 off for MRTC members

$2 off for runners 65 or older

$3 off for former and active duty military and active reserve military.


All proceeds go to help support the Memphis NROTC and Opportunity Camp Memphis.

Registration opens January 15th, 2021.
