About the Detroit Red Wings Foundation:
Signature initiatives such as the Detroit Red Wings School Assembly Program introduce nearly 50,000 students annually to the sport of hockey, importance of education, and benefits of living a healthy, active lifestyle. Red Wings players and staff participate in a variety of fan-friendly fundraising events each season, including the annual Toast of Hockeytown and MotorCity Casino Hotel’s Red Wings Charity Poker Tournament to support the cause.
