St. Linus Gobble Gobble Run or Wobble 5K 2019

We are excited to host our 6th annual 5K and we want to THANK YOU for your support!!

We value our local vendors, small businesses, and corporate donors and individual sponsors.  Your contributions help us build our community and financially support our children's technology.  We promise to commit ourselves toward building a working relationship with our sponsors, offering them exposure to an audience of nearly 1,000 participants.  In our first year we had over 600 participants of all ages, many of which were seasoned runners, and we were able to raise funds towards our mission to provide a much needed technology infraastructure for our school.  In 2014 & 2015 we also contributed to the Beazley family and Emily's 4 year-long fight against pediatric cancer.  Emily lives on in our hearts and minds.

The money from the 3rd & 4th Annual Turkey Trot was designated toward growing our Think Pad initiative. The students and the teachers have used this technology to individualize instruction and enhance each student’s overall education across subjects. Our added funding will help us continue to provide much needed software programs for our students which are purchased annually. We have many goals for providing even more programs and using this funding to provide additional equipment as needed. With our classroom Bright Link projectors the Think Pads are more relevant than ever. We are so grateful to all of you for your donations and your continued support of St. Linus School and specifically our growing technology improvements. It’s A Great Day To be a Hawk!!!
