Phillies Charities 5K

Running or walking virtually is easy. Simply complete 3.1 miles on the course of your choosing, and submit your time to the Race Roster site.

How to Submit your Virtual Race Results:

1. Visit the Results Page
2. From the results page, click the Submit a virtual result button.
3. Confirm your registration by 1) entering in your last name and confirmation number, or 2) by simply signing into your Race Roster account.
4. Once your registration is confirmed, you will be prompted to enter your results and the results of anyone else that was included in your initial registration. You are able to come back at a later time to post additional results.
5. After your results are submitted, you will be able to view your result details and custom branded finishers' certificate. Click on your name for your result details and finishers' certificate.

Please submit your results no later than July 3, 2020 at 5 p.m. ET. Medals and outstanding race packets will be shipped soon after the Phillies offices reopen for business. Participants will receive a digital voucher via email in Spring 2021 redeemable online for four tickets to select Phillies games in April 2021.

The 10th annual Phillies Charities 5K will now take place virtually!

In an effort to best serve our fans, all registrants will be able to decide how to proceed with their registration by choosing from one of the following options:

1. Virtual Run/Walk

While we may not be able to run together for the 2020 Phillies Charities 5K, you can still earn your finisher medal! Complete a 3.1 mile run or walk on the course of your choosing – anywhere from around your neighborhood to a treadmill in your home and submit your results to your Race Roster account. Virtual runners will be sent further instructions in early June, including a link through which you can upload your run/walk results.

Participants receive the following items:

• Four tickets to be used for select Phillies games in April 2021*
• 3/4 sleeve baseball T-shirt
• Finisher medal
• Cinch bag

*Participants will receive a digital voucher via email in Spring 2021 redeemable online for four tickets to select Phillies games in April 2021.

2. Donation to Phillies Charities, Inc.

If you are not interested in participating in a virtual run/walk, your race registration fee may be donated to Phillies Charities, Inc. You will receive all of the items listed above, including the four tickets to be used for select Phillies games in April 2021.

3. Refund

We understand that this is a difficult time for many and want to assist our fans in any way we can. Registrants may request a refund for the race and processing fees. Please allow 10-15 business days for your refund to process.

To select your preference:

1. Sign in to your Race Roster dashboard, accessible here: (https://raceroster.com/dashboard/participants/22241).

2. Click the blue "Edit Registration" button.
3. Under the Registration Questions tab, make your selection.

4. Click "Save & Exit" to apply your choice of the following options:

• Virtual Run/Walk
• Donation to Phillies Charities, Inc.
• Refund

Please make your selection by May 29, 2020 at 5 p.m. ET.
