Help Shawn raise money

For participating in Scotiabank Calgary Marathon 2020

My Story…

Hey everyone, this year I've decided to tackle something that has been on my mind since getting back into running and attempt my first full marathon! I'm shooting for a time of 3:30:00 and have a very stringent training schedule to help achieve that goal. I've also decided to do some fundraising again to get some donations (hopefully why you are here!) for the Calgary Region of the Canadian Mental Health Association. As someone who struggled with mental health issues for years and not knowing there was the support network they provide, I wanted to help highlight the organization and give them some support. I've done some volunteering with the organization over the past year and during that time I've heard of many amazing stories of people getting help with mental health issues through the Peer Support and other initiatives CMHA leads. A short summary of the work they do is below in the description, or you can find more information at https://cmha.calgary.ab.ca/
