Last year I woke up in January and decided to run a marathon...with no past races under my belt I was able to accomplish this goal. This year in an effort to give back to my community I decided I wanted to run with a different purpose then myself. Having had the opportunity to work with the Lethbridge Family Centre it has inspired me this year to give back to them. You wont meet a more dedicated team that truly does help children, families and the community of Lethbridge. I am excited to log KMS in pursuit of helping them reach their vision!
Description
Family Centre in Lethbridge, AB is excited to be a registered charity receiving donations through the 2020 Scotiabank Charity Challenge associated with the Calgary Marathon running May 29th - 31st, 2020. We are actively recruiting racers to participate in the Marathon on behalf of our early intervention organization that supports Southwestern Alberta families. We are dedicated to using all funds received to support our vision of Healthy Children, Healthy Families, Healthy Communities. Thank you for considering to support us through this fantastic event!
