My Story…

This year, the SHARP Foundation running team aims to raise $60,000 for a Mental Health Therapist / Specialist to ensure residents are connected to mental health services last year SHARP came in second for fundraising with over $47,000 raised! lets beat that!

Description

For the past 29 years, the SHARP Foundation has supported over 400 Albertan living with complex health with integrated/ care which has been recognized all across Canada. Today, The SHARP Foundation's main focus is helping residents live longer and have sustainable lives instead of primarily acting as a palliative care facility, but most importantly help residents become independent and integrate in the community.
