Your participation in the Calgary marathon on behalf of Humanity's Promise will assist the rural communities to help themselves.  Each person would participate with the knowledge that they are assisting families to develop a reliable self sustaining food supply.  We are introducing the people to modern farming practices and providing hands on learning opportunities.
