Roslyn is running in the Ottawa Race Weekend in May to support of The Good Companions Seniors' Centre. Help Roz reach her goal so that isolated seniors can access the essential supports they need! Better yet, come out and be part of the team - ask how you can run with us!

We invite you to join TEAM GOOD COMPANIONS in the 2020 Ottawa Race Weekend! You can walk, run, cheer, raise funds, and most importantly - have fun! Funds raised will ensure that The Good Companions can to continue to provide programs and services to over 2300 seniors in our community.
