Who could have imagined the world as it is now! As a result of COVID, Ottawa Race weekend has gone virtual. Although the world is focused on this terrible virus, the reality is there are many things in the world that haven't changed. People are still having heart attacks, and heart issues. And we still need organizations like the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. We have upped our game this year, and have signed up for the 10K race. We will be doing a virtual run in our community. It will be tracked, and our time posted on the web site, to make it official. We would appreciate your support in our endeavor. We have until September to complete this challenge, but we are aiming for around July 1st. We will send out an email closer to the time, confirming our day. If you would like to come out an route us on, we can also send you a map of our route. We appreciate all of your support in the past, and hope that you are able to support us again this year.
