My Story…
Hello! I've been volunteering at Planned Parenthood Ottawa for over a year and it is an absolutely amazing organization. They offer an options counselling program for people who are pregnant (for which I'm a volunteer counsellor), going over their options in an unbiased and objective way. They also go to schools, community centres, and other spaces to do education workshops, teaching youth and other groups about consent and sexual health. All their employees are incredibly dedicated and I'm proud to volunteer for them!

Planned Parenthood Ottawa (PPO) is a non-profit and registered charity that provides a full range of sexual and reproductive health options for the national capital region. It provides unbiased counselling on both birth control and pregnancy options. PPO provides community and school education, providing information, resources, and birth control for free at community fairs, as well as schools in Ottawa. However, none of this is possible without the support of our communities. In 2020, we ask you to Run for Choice, Run for Access and Run for Sexual and Reproductive Health Education in Ottawa!
